Android 10 or later and a device with at least 4 GB of RAM. On-device video processing is heavy, so on lower-end devices it may be slow or fail on long, high resolution videos.

Install the app on the new device using the same Google account you purchased with, and your Lifetime Pro entitlement is restored automatically through Google Play. If it does not appear, open the upgrade screen and use the restore option, or email us.

Close other heavy apps and try again, since processing needs a lot of memory. Very long or very high resolution videos take longer and are more likely to fail on low RAM devices. If the watermark is not fully removed or a problem persists, email us with your device model and the video resolution and we will help.
