1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Omni Watermark Remover ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by ReelMoney, based in India.

2. Description of Service

Omni Watermark Remover is an Android application that removes the Veo and Omni AI watermark from videos. All processing happens entirely on your device: the video you pick is never uploaded, no account is required, and the cleaned video is saved back to your gallery. The App is free to use with ads, and a one time Lifetime Pro purchase removes all ads and unlocks batch processing. The App is a utility tool and the quality of any output depends on the source video.

3. Device Requirements

The App requires Android 10 or later and a device with at least 4 GB of RAM. On-device video processing is computationally heavy; on devices below these requirements the App may run slowly or fail to process some videos. Processing time depends on your device and the length and resolution of the video.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain full ownership of your videos. Because everything runs on your device, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for how you use the App and the videos you process. By using the App you represent and warrant that:

• You own the videos you process or have the right to modify them.
• You will not use the App to misrepresent AI generated content as authentic where doing so is deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful, and you will comply with any disclosure obligations that apply to you.
• You will comply with the terms of the service that generated the video and with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Free Version and Ads

The free version of the App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner ads and an occasional interstitial. In regions where consent is required, you will be asked for your ad consent preference before ads are shown, and you can change it at any time from within the App.

7. Lifetime Pro Purchase

Lifetime Pro is a one time $29 purchase (local pricing may vary) processed through Google Play Billing. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Lifetime Pro is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
• Lifetime Pro removes all ads and unlocks batch processing on devices signed into the same Google Play account.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its standard refund policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create or distribute content that is deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful.
• Process videos you do not own or have no right to modify.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or attempt to bypass ads, the consent flow, or billing.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the App itself.

9. Third Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads in the free version and Google Play Billing to process the Lifetime Pro purchase. By using the App you agree to the privacy policies and terms of these providers. See our Privacy Policy for detail. No third party ever receives your video content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error free, that every watermark will be removed perfectly, or that processing will succeed on every video or device.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelMoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, damaged or lost videos, or any consequence of how you or others use processed videos. Keep your own copies of important originals.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict the App if these terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your Lifetime Pro entitlement remains tied to your Google Play account under Google's policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
