1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fish Audio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by ReelMoney, based in India, and is available on iPhone and iPad through the Apple App Store and on Android through Google Play.

2. Description of Service

Fish Audio is a mobile application that converts text into speech and lets you clone a voice from a sample you record or upload, powered by our own text to speech and voice cloning AI. You can pick from a library of voices, write single and multi character scripts, add inline emotion and pause tags, control speed, volume, and expressiveness, and generate and export audio. The App is a creative tool and the quality of any output depends on your input.

3. Free Trial and Accounts

You may try the App with 3 free generations without an account. To save projects, clone voices, write longer scripts, and access the full export, you must sign in with Google or Apple. The free trial limit is enforced per device using a one way hashed device identifier and may not reset when you reinstall the App.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5. Voice Cloning Responsibilities

Voice cloning is a powerful feature and you are responsible for how you use it. By recording or uploading a sample to clone, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the voice in the sample, or you have the explicit consent of the person whose voice it is.
• You will not clone a voice to impersonate, defraud, harass, or mislead, and you will not create content that is illegal, defamatory, or that violates anyone's rights.
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding voice, likeness, publicity, and consent in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring you have the rights to do so. We may suspend or remove a cloned voice or account that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

6. Characters, Subscriptions, and Payments

Generating audio and cloning voices consume characters from your balance. Subscriptions and character top ups are purchased through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android, and are managed with RevenueCat. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in the App Store (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) on iOS, or in Google Play, Subscriptions, on Android.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to the relevant store's refund policy. Consumed characters are generally non refundable except where required by applicable law or store policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful audio, including impersonation without consent.
• Clone a voice you do not have the right or consent to clone.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or attempt to bypass usage limits or billing.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the App itself, or abuse the service in a way that disrupts it for others.

8. Your Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the scripts you write and the audio you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and deliver your content so the App can function, including processing it on our own systems to generate your audio and build your voice models. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important work.

9. Third Party Services

Fish Audio uses Google and Apple for sign in, RevenueCat to verify purchases, and the Apple App Store and Google Play to process payments. The AI that generates speech and clones voices runs on our own infrastructure. By using the App you agree to the privacy policies and terms of these providers. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error free, that any generated voice will sound a particular way, or that synthesis or cloning will always succeed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelMoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, lost audio, or any consequence of how you or others use generated or cloned audio.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict the App or your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. Active subscriptions continue to bill until cancelled through the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
