Your recordings belong to you. Be thoughtful about what you record, who appears in it and which reference clips or audio you use.
1. Your agreement
TAKE is an iPhone photo and video app operated by ReelMoney, based in India. These terms explain how you may use TAKE and its related website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally enter into this agreement, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Apple’s standard license
The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement for the activities described here. They do not replace Apple’s standard license. If these terms conflict with it on a matter governed by that license, the standard license controls.
TestFlight access is also subject to Apple’s applicable TestFlight terms. Apple is not the provider of TAKE’s support. Contact ReelMoney for questions about the app.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in the recordings you create. Using TAKE does not transfer ownership of your footage to us or give us a license to publish it. TAKE processes your media locally unless you choose a saving or sharing action.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to record people, import reference videos, use music and share your finished work. A video being publicly available on social media does not automatically give you permission to reuse its audio or other protected content. Follow any licenses, platform rules and recording laws that apply to your use.
The visual reference overlay is a framing aid. Excluding it from an export does not grant rights to the reference content, music, performances or other material you use.
4. Use TAKE responsibly
Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and safety. Do not use it to record without required consent, infringe someone’s rights, create unlawful content or interfere with the app or website. Do not present an altered or staged recording in a way that unlawfully deceives or harms someone.
Keep your surroundings safe while recording. Voice control can miss or misinterpret a command. Always check the recording state when capturing something you cannot repeat.
5. Features, pricing and beta access
The current version of TAKE is free and has no subscriptions or paid unlocks. TAKE is currently in private beta. Access depends on an invitation and Apple’s TestFlight service, and beta builds can expire.
The core camera requires iOS 18 or later. Voice commands require iOS 26 and compatible Apple speech recognition hardware and software. Some features depend on device capabilities, permissions, available storage and downloaded speech assets. Voice commands are currently in English.
Features may change as we develop the app. This page does not promise a particular release date or future feature. If we introduce paid features, their terms and price will be shown before any purchase.
6. Look after your recordings
TAKE stores its library on your device. Save important takes to Photos, Files or another location you trust. Deleting the app can remove its local library. Device failure, low storage, interruptions or software errors can affect recording and export. The app is not a backup service.
Review your audio settings before recording. Reference playback can enter the microphone through your speakers, and spoken voice commands can remain in recorded microphone audio. Headphones can help separate playback from the microphone.
To the extent permitted by law, TAKE and the website are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error free. The warranty and liability provisions of Apple’s standard license apply to the licensed app. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability protections that cannot legally be excluded.
7. App and website rights
TAKE’s branding, design and software belong to their respective owners. Your license to use the app does not transfer those rights. Open source components and fonts remain subject to their own licenses.
TAKE is an independent app. References to Apple, Instagram, TikTok or other platforms do not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
8. Ending use and changes
You can stop using TAKE at any time. Save the recordings you want to keep before deleting the app. We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change. The current version and its date will appear on this page, with additional notice when required by law.
Apple’s standard license sets the governing terms for the app license. For these supplemental terms and the website, Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and rights available where you live.
