Voice Clone AI is operated by ReelMoney. This page describes how the app handles your information.
Information used by the app
No social sign-in or email address is required. The app creates a private device account. A securely generated account key is stored on your device; our backend stores its hash. A separate hashed device identifier enforces the free allowance. You can save a private recovery key to reopen your account after reinstalling or changing phones.
Voice samples and generated audio
Recordings and uploaded samples are sent to our backend and Fish Audio to create voice models. Script text and selected voices are sent to Fish Audio to generate speech. Saved projects, voice samples, and generated audio are stored in our cloud storage. Only upload a voice you own or have permission to use.
Purchases
RevenueCat verifies App Store and Google Play purchases using an app account identifier and purchase information. Payment details are handled by the store; we do not receive your card number. Voice Clone AI has its own purchase records and character balance.
Permissions and local tools
Microphone access is used when you choose to record. The file picker gives access to the file you select. Audio trimming, merging, and normalization run on your device. Exporting sends audio to the destination you choose.
Service providers
The app uses Fish Audio for voice processing, RevenueCat and the app stores for purchases, and cloud hosting and storage for saved content. These services process information needed to provide their features.
Deletion and retention
You can request deletion in You → Delete account or through support. Access is revoked when the request is accepted, and deletion of your Voice Clone AI content is scheduled within 30 days. Billing and limited account records may be retained to handle purchases, prevent duplicate grants, and meet applicable obligations. Content belonging to another ReelMoney app is not deleted by this app-specific request. A recovery key cannot reopen an account scheduled for deletion.
