These terms apply to Voice Clone AI, operated by ReelMoney.
Your recordings and content
You must own or have permission to use the recordings, voices, and text you submit. Do not use the app to impersonate someone deceptively, commit fraud, harass people, or violate their rights. AI-generated speech may contain errors; review it before sharing.
Subscriptions and characters
Prices, billing periods, and any trial are displayed by the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account. Canceling renewal does not itself remove access for the remaining paid period. Character allowances and feature access are shown in the app. Purchases apply to Voice Clone AI and do not unlock other ReelMoney apps.
Private accounts and recovery
The app creates a private account without social sign-in. Keep your recovery key private and save it before reinstalling or changing phones. Anyone with the key can access the account. If both the device credential and saved key are lost, we cannot reliably recover your voices, projects, or remaining balance. Restore purchases handles eligible store purchases separately; it does not recover private content or all consumed character packs.
Managing purchases
Use Restore purchases in the app to reconcile purchases associated with your store account. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google Play. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store.
Availability and account deletion
The app depends on network and voice-processing services, so results and availability may vary. You may request app-account deletion in the You tab or contact support. Cancel any recurring store subscription before deletion.
