1. Introduction

AI Influencer Generator ("the App") is operated by ReelMoney ("we", "us", "our"), based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. You also agree to the privacy policies and terms of service of the third-party services used by the App, including Google's Privacy Policy, Gemini API Additional Terms, Kling AI's Privacy Policy, and Kling AI's Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in using Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account. User data from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models and is only used to provide necessary services to the user. When you sign in using Apple, we collect your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email address if you choose to hide your email) to create and manage your account.

User Content: Images and videos you generate using the App, including any reference images you upload for AI generation. This may include photographs containing faces or likeness of individuals.

Face Data: When you upload reference photos that contain faces, the App collects and processes facial imagery solely to generate AI influencer content. This face data includes the visual appearance of faces in your uploaded photos. The App does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial geometry maps, and does not build biometric identifiers. Face data is used exclusively as a visual reference for AI image and video generation.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics such as app interactions, feature usage, crash reports, and device information (device model, operating system version) to improve the App.

Purchase Information: When you subscribe, payment is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers from RevenueCat, our payment processing partner.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Process your AI image and video generation requests
• Manage your account and subscription
• Improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
• Communicate with you regarding your account or support requests
• Prevent fraud and enforce our terms of service

4. AI and Image Processing

The App uses third-party AI models to generate images and videos of AI influencers. To provide this service, your personal data, including uploaded photos (which may contain face data), text prompts, and generated images, is sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. By using the App's generation features, you explicitly consent to this data sharing.

4.1 What Data Is Sent

When you submit a generation request, the following data is transmitted to third-party AI services:

• Reference photos: Any images you upload as reference material, which may include photographs containing faces or facial features
• Text prompts: The descriptions and instructions you provide for generating content
• Generated images: AI-generated images may be sent to video generation services as input for creating videos

4.2 Who Receives Your Data

Your data is shared with the following third-party AI service providers:

• Google (Nano Banana 2 / Gemini): Receives your text prompts and reference photos (including any face data) for AI image generation. Google processes this data on their servers to generate images. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Gemini API Additional Terms of Service.
• Kling AI: Receives generated images and text prompts for AI video generation. Subject to Kling AI's Privacy Policy, User Policy, and Terms of Service.

4.3 How Your Data Is Used

• Your data is used solely to process your AI generation requests and deliver the resulting content to you
• Generated content is stored on our servers and associated with your account
• We do not use your content, including face data, to train AI models
• We require our third-party providers to handle your data in accordance with their published privacy policies and to provide the same or equal protection of user data as described in this Privacy Policy

4.4 Face Data

• Collection: The App collects face data only when you voluntarily upload reference photos containing faces
• Use: Face data is used exclusively as a visual reference for AI image and video generation. No facial recognition, biometric identification, or facial geometry mapping is performed
• Sharing: Face data in your uploaded photos is shared with Google (Nano Banana 2) for image generation. Generated images that contain facial features derived from your photos may be shared with Kling AI for video generation
• Storage: Your uploaded reference photos and generated content are stored on our secure servers. Face data is not stored separately from the images you upload
• Retention: Face data (within your uploaded photos and generated content) is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all uploaded photos, generated content, and associated face data are permanently deleted within 30 days

4.5 Your Consent

By using the App's AI generation features, you consent to the transmission of your data, including any face data in your uploaded photos, to the third-party AI services listed above. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the generation features or by deleting your account.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Generative AI (Nano Banana 2 / Gemini): For AI image generation. Your prompts and reference photos are processed by Google's generative AI services. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Gemini API Additional Terms of Service.
• Kling AI: For AI video generation. Generated images and prompts are processed by Kling AI's servers. Subject to Kling AI's Privacy Policy, User Policy, and Terms of Service.
• Sign in with Apple: For authentication. When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may share your name and email address (or a private relay email) with us. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: For managing subscriptions and in-app purchases. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: For crash reporting and diagnostics. Crashlytics may collect crash reports, stack traces, device state information, device identifiers, and app version information. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix technical issues. Subject to Firebase's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play / Apple App Store: For payment processing, subject to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Disconnect your Google or Apple account from the App
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the App

Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account directly from the App by going to Profile > Delete Account. You can also request deletion by contacting us at hello@reel.money. Upon request, your account and all associated data (including generated images, videos, and personal information) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Google Account Disconnect: You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time through Google's security settings. This will prevent the App from accessing your Google account information going forward.

Apple Account Disconnect: You can revoke the App's access to your Apple account at any time through Settings > [Your Name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple on your Apple device. This will prevent the App from accessing your Apple account information going forward.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
