No Refunds on Credits or Subscriptions

All purchases on ReelMoney, including subscriptions and credit top-ups, are non-refundable.

Each image and video generation on our platform consumes expensive GPU compute resources from third-party providers. These costs are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered, regardless of whether the generated output meets your expectations.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits are automatically refunded to your account. You will not be charged for generations that do not produce an output.
