1. Introduction

Slideshow Automation ("the App") is operated by ReelMoney ("we", "us", "our"), based in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the limited service providers that help us run the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Our Core Commitment: We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing. We do not run ad networks inside the App, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. The only parties that ever receive your data are the service providers listed in Section 5, and they act on our behalf solely to deliver the features you ask for.

3. Information We Collect

• Account details: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and name to create and identify your account. With Sign in with Apple you may choose to hide your email, and we honor that choice.
• Brand description: The short description you enter during onboarding about what you want slideshows about, used to tailor your generated content.
• Content you create: The topics, prompts, text, photos you upload, image packs you build, and the slideshows the App generates for you.
• Subscription details: Your purchase and subscription status, received from the app store and our payments provider. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Basic technical data: App version, platform (iOS or Android), and similar information needed to operate the service and fix problems.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To create your account and keep you signed in
• To generate, edit, store, and let you download your slideshows
• To run automations that draft slideshows on the schedule you choose
• To manage your subscription and credit balance
• To provide support and keep the App secure and working

Your content is used to deliver these features for you. We do not use it to train our own advertising profiles or to target you with ads.

5. Service Providers Who Process Your Data

To run the App we rely on a small set of trusted service providers. Each one processes only the data needed for its job, and only to provide the App to you. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

• Sign in (Google and Apple): Used to authenticate you and create your account. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
• AI text generation: Your topic and prompts are sent to AI providers, including OpenAI and Google (Gemini), to write the words for your slides. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy, Google's Privacy Policy, and Gemini API Additional Terms.
• AI image generation: When you choose AI generated images, your prompts are sent to third-party AI image generation services to create those images. No images are generated from your data for any purpose other than building your slideshow.
• Billing (RevenueCat and the app stores): Manages your subscription and verifies purchases. RevenueCat receives an account identifier and your store receipt. Payment itself is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your payment details. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services): Stores your account data and the media for your slideshows on secure servers so the App can function.

We may add or change service providers as the App evolves. When we do, we update this list and continue to hold each provider to the same standard: process data only to run the App, never to sell it.

6. Photos You Upload

If you upload your own photos to build image packs or slideshows, those images are stored on our servers and used only to create and display your slideshows. They are processed by AI image services only if you ask the App to edit or generate from them. We do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification, and we do not share your photos for advertising.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use industry standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. Your account and content are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

• We keep your account and content while your account is active so the App works as expected.
• You can request account deletion from within the App. When you do, your account and associated content are scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will help remove it.

10. Your Rights

• Access and deletion: Request deletion of your account and data from within the App or by contacting us.
• Manage subscription: Change or cancel through the App Store or Google Play.
• Sign in privacy: Use Sign in with Apple to hide your email if you prefer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
