1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Influencer Generator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You also agree to the privacy policies and terms of service of the third-party services used by the App, including Google's Privacy Policy, Google's Terms of Service, Gemini API Additional Terms, Kling AI's Privacy Policy, and Kling AI's Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Influencer Generator is a mobile application that allows users to create AI-generated influencer characters, generate images, and create videos using artificial intelligence. The App is operated by ReelMoney, based in India.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Account

You may need to sign in with your Google account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription plans that provide credits for AI generation. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
  • Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods
  • Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies

6. Credits and Usage

AI image and video generation consumes credits from your subscription. Credit costs vary based on the type and complexity of the generation. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs as needed to reflect changes in infrastructure costs.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using the App, including AI-generated images and videos. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate content that depicts real individuals without their consent
  • Create illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
  • Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content) are owned by ReelMoney and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our written permission.

10. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Data Sharing

Content generated by the App is created using third-party artificial intelligence services. By using the App's generation features, you consent to your data being sent to and processed by these third-party AI services.

Data Shared with Third-Party AI Services:

By using the App, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. For details on how your data, including face data, is collected, used, shared, and retained, please refer to our Privacy Policy, specifically Sections 2, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4.

Face Data: If you upload photos containing faces, that facial imagery is processed by the above AI services solely for the purpose of generating AI content. No facial recognition or biometric identification is performed. You can learn more in Section 4.4 of our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for all purposes. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelMoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App, other users, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
