Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Slideshow Automation ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. You also agree to the terms and privacy policies of the third-party services used by the App, described in Section 10. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Slideshow Automation is a mobile application that lets users create image slideshows, generate slideshow text and images using artificial intelligence, edit and download slideshows, build image packs, and schedule automations that draft slideshows. The App is operated by ReelMoney, based in India.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Account

You sign in with your Google or Apple account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription plans and credit packs that unlock AI generation and other features. By purchasing, you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies

6. Credits and Usage

AI text and image generation consumes credits. Credit costs vary based on the type and complexity of the generation, such as the number of slides and whether AI images are used. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs to reflect changes in infrastructure costs.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create with the App, including uploaded photos and the slideshows you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it. You agree not to create content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or that violates the rights of others.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content
• Upload images you do not have the right to use, or depict individuals without their consent
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user generated content) are owned by ReelMoney and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our written permission.

10. AI Generated Content and Third-Party Processing

Slideshow text and images are created using third-party artificial intelligence services. By using the App's generation features, you consent to your topics, prompts, and any images you submit being sent to and processed by these services solely to produce your slideshow.

These providers include OpenAI and Google (Gemini) for text generation, and third-party AI image generation services for images, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. For details on what is shared and with whom, see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, and these providers act only on our behalf to deliver the App.

AI generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee its quality, accuracy, or appropriateness. You are responsible for reviewing any content before you publish or use it.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from harmful components, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelMoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the App, other users, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
