Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through the app store you purchased from. To change or cancel:
- iOS: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstalled the App or switched devices, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases to recover your active subscription.
Delete your account
You can request account deletion from within the App. Your account and content are scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days. If you need help, email us at hello@reel.money.
Common questions
Why did my generation use credits? AI text and image generation consumes credits based on the number of slides and whether AI images are used. Stock images and your own image packs do not cost AI image credits.
Can I edit a slideshow after it is generated? Yes. Every slide is fully editable. You can change text, fonts, colors, and images, and reorder or add slides.
Where do my downloaded slides go? Exported slides are saved as high resolution images to your device's camera roll.
